How to set "shared with" field using a SIL scipt?

Hello,

I have a Service Desk (Cloud) and I have to set sharing access to raised ticket with group of customers. I am going to do it using a SIL script. When I try to access to customfield_10028 ("Request participants"), I suppose to find a list with customers who shared the ticket but I get:

How can I read a plain list of customers and set shared customers to my list?
