When it comes to favicon, it’s possible only to change the one on Cog icon > System > Look and feel that applies to Jira and not specific to a product.
If a user has access to only one product, then the favicon and the logo of the site and the favicon will be specific.
User with access to Service Management only:
User with access to Software only:
User with access to both Service Management and Software:
On the Look and Feel page there is the option to use the project avatar as the favicon:
Now, related to the customer portal, it’s possible to set a logo for the Help Center and a logo for each project/portal.
