How to send Forms to approver(s)?

Currently I have a series of tickets that require input from 3rd parties. Is there a way to send a Form to the approver once that stage in the workflow is reached?

I have the ticket(s) created via the portal, and an automation to then attach the Form to the ticket, however I can't find an option to send this on to be completed by a 3rd party.

To get sequential approvers, try out the Business Process Manager add-on, developed by my team.

The plug-in allows to automatically attach Form to the Jira issue and get multiple approvers.
