How to see the difference in the comments?

Is it possible to see in a work item in the comments what type of comment has been made?
There are internal notes and reply to customer and where can you see the difference as to how someone has done this?

Hi @Antonia 

Yes, internal comments will show a lock and are in Yellow colour and shows the text "Internal note".

Customer comments are a default in white and no lock.
