How to see all group tickets in Microsoft Teams

How can i see all tickets from our Group in Microsoft Teams?
Currently i can only see my own requests but would like to see all tickets that are created by all users.
The first screen is from my Teams the second is what i see on the web browser in Atlassian.

Ok never mind.
Figured out that the Yasoon Jira integration app really is only for the users and the Jira Cloud App for admins only.

I just saw your question, Britta from yasoon here 👋 Yes, the 'My request' tab is aimed for customers to give them an overview of the tickets they have raised.

With Microsoft 365 for Jira, you can also add Jira boards to Microsoft Teams, in case you want a general overview of all created tickets: Jira board in MS Teams
