Hello @Vruchi ,

would you please provide us more information like how exactly the queue is defined? It would be great to check, if the query for the queue is valid and if there are some significant differences between this queue and the others, which work fine. Thank you.

Please look at this article, where the functionality is described.

Hi Hana,

These are the customize Queues which we have created for our project.

However, amongst these queues, we are facing issue for only 1 queue.

All of the queues are similar, just names are different. Can you please help us that how can we resolve this issue.

Let me know if you want any information from us.

Regards,

Vruchita Naik

Hi @Vruchi,

please try this:

  • Open your Service Desk project
  • Click on the Queues in the left menu
  • Click on the queue name in the left menu
  • Click on the three dots button in the right upper corner and click on Edit queue (now you should see the definition screen for the queue)
  • In the section Filter by click on Switch to JQL
  • Get the query for the queue

Repeat these steps for your broken queue and also a few queues, which work fine.

How do these queries look like? Are there any significant differences?
