Could you please give more detail about your question? If you mean reset credentials for your admin user. Is your admin user internal or LDAP user? 

If admin credentials have been lost, for Data Center there is recovery mode: https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/restore-passwords-to-recover-admin-user-rights-in-jira-server-and-data-center/
