As you mentioned Power Bi, may I suggest Millarum Dashboards?
This add-on uses the concept of a slicer directly in Jira, where the dashboard is created once and the data can be changed on the fly through the slicer.
Also includes histogram and pareto charts to analyze numerical vales graphically, and the cards widget support the common min, max, sum, mean, mode, median among others.
Here I share an example of a histogram and cards used for reporting purposes. I hope you find it helpful.

This is not something the native Jira dashboard gadgets support, so you'll most likely need an addon (app).
If you're open to trying an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, our Great Gadgets app provides gadgets that can generate this type of statistics.
Could you share a bit more about how you would like the data to be calculated and displayed? For example, would you like monthly statistics, or a breakdown by team, project, or something else? Or maybe a trend chart?
If you just need this as cumulative numbers (sum of that field), you could use the Advanced Issue Filter Formula gadget to get the numbers displayed on your dashboard. This is just an example:
The gadget is higly configurable. For this example, I used something like this:
But very useful could be also Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget (for Excel like stats showing totals, and data split by other fields such as team or assignee) or the Cumulative Flow Diagram (for trend charts).

As mentioned before, native Jira dashboards can't calculate cumulative totals across Number Fields. For that, you'll need a Marketplace app.
Just to be transparent: I'm part of the team behind Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.
If you're looking for a lean solution that stays entirely inside Jira, it's worth a look. It can calculate and display sum, average, max and min for Number Fields (for example, internal cost, external cost, Story Points, or any other numeric custom field).
One thing people like is that all configuration happens directly on the dashboard. You simply enter the JQL where you need it—there's no need to create and maintain saved filters, which keeps administration to a minimum.
For your use case I would recommend working with the "Quick Work Items Statistics" gadget, because you could compare multiple number fields for the same JQL within one gadget. In the screenshot below you see results for "Work Item Count", "Original Estimate" and "Time Spent", but you could configure any number field with this gadget.
The Quick Controller gadget above enables you to filter this and all other Quick Gadgets on the dashboard dynamically.
