How to reply to user emails by Jira?

Im trying answer my issues by Jira, but the email with the comment dont arrive in my inbox.

Hi @Ramon Cossette de Souza Junior,

You might not be receiving any email notifications for one of the following reasons:

1. If you add a comment on an issue/update issue and do not see any email notification for the changes that you made then probably you need to check whether "My Changes" in your profile settings is set to Do not Notify Me.

 2. If the notification is not being sent to any of the users watching the issue when an issue is updated. Then try to check the project level notifications that are set for "Issue Commented" section and add the users/groups/roles that should be notified for this update.

3. Try to flush the Mail Queue if you are unable to receive the email notifications for any JIRA updates.
