We would like to only use the possibility for our customers to do a request by portal. It seems like we need to delete the mail handler to fix that.

But we would also like to reply on senders to our mailaddress that they need to have an account for the JIRA portal. Now they got nothing, even not without mailhandler.

Someone know how to do this?

To allow customers to send requests to your service project via the portal without logging in, you need to be a site admin and enable customer access. From the top right of your screen, select Settings () > Products. Under Jira Service Management, select Customer access. Select Allow customers to create accounts and Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in. Choose Save. Then, as a project admin, you can enable anyone to send requests to the service project. From your service project, go to Project settings > Customer permissions.
Choose who can send requests to your project via email or the portal, and choose Anyone allowed on the customer access settings. Choose Save. Customers will need to enter their email addresses when they send a request, and an account will be created for them. They need to set a password and log in to the portal to view their request.
