How to remove this product?

I inadvertently setup 2 products for a service desk. I would like to delete this one. I don't see any way of doing this.

How can you delete an unwanted product?

So are you saying you created two JSD instances (different URLs) or you setup 2 "projects" within one instance and you want to delete one?

Former - just ignore it or notify Atlassian you no longer need

Later - go to the manage project page, find you project and click on ellipses then select trash
