We have 2 portals set up currently, we would like to remove one of them. Where do you find these settings?

In the Portal settings, you can only see the one portal (the one we would like to keep) but we cannot find the other portal. It seems like it is a default portal that was set up automatically.

Hi @Mariska ,

By default all Service Desk projects will have a portal linked to them. So I believe filtering the projects based on the type should give you a clue on which one it is.

The initial page is called the Help Center and contains all the portals for all the available (those you have access to) Service Desk projects.

You will not find a 2nd portal in a single project, this is actually an overview of all projects.

Keep in mind that there is no way (at least none i've found) to hide a portal with a simple switch. If you have access to the project, you'll see the portal. I've only been able to remove the portal by removing the "browse project" permissions for that project for the people who should not see the portal.

Perhaps an easy way to find which project this is, would be by simple creating a ticket in it and seeing what the Key is linked to the created issue. (that is ofcourse if there are any request types linked to it).

Hope this helps you!
