How to reacitvate Jira account?

Jira account deactivated. How to reactivate? I see a button but it just crashes when I click on it. There is not way to reach out to Jira team. Please help.

I've asked from Atlassian help and someone will reply to you within this thread. In the meantime can you please explain a bit more about your problem? It would be easier for the Atlassian team, or us to resolve it. Screenshots and error messages will help!

Could you elaborate the issue in detail? Is your cloud site deactivated or atlassian account? Please share your cloud site URL so that we can check.
