I’m using Demisto to create tickets and it has a jira connector that uses rest api To create tickets and post comments. How do I post code snippets in description with json data while creating a ticket command. I can’t modify the connector code but I can add tags or extra code in the field for description
I’ve tried manually using the {code:} {code} directly on jira but it doesn’t work and it definitely doesn’t from Demisto. Any help would be great
