How to modify the login page of Service Desk

Hello, we would like to change our login page of Jira Service Desk by a custom login page.

We would like for example, to add a backound image, or move the login form on the left.

Is there a way for access the .css of the login page?

This is not possible today, at least not in Cloud and I don’t believe Server supports either.
