How to migrate insight Jira server edition plugin to jira cloud?

Hi Team,

We have valid license insight server plugin and we wanted to migrate now to cloud.

Nothing is clearly mentioned what path to follow and how to migrate.

biggest confusion is who will support Atlassian or vendor.
