Hi,

Our Project Mangement Office is looking for how to use Jira to manage multiple projects, with dependencies, resources, risks, timeline, customizable to our own needs. There may be many products in the marketplace. Please help to propose.

Cheers,

Elena

Hi @Elena TEO

This may seem self serving but I can assure you its not intended that way.

As a PM, I understand how complex managing projects is. However, every environment has different standards, expectations, processes, etc (as you yourself noted). There is no one size fits all and no application is going to be able to give you what you need. It all depends on how you implement it, how you roll it out and the processes you put in place around it.

That said, I would recommend hiring a company to roll it out for you, train you on its usage and customize the product to your specific specifications.

For full disclosure, I work doing exactly that (hence the self serving comment).

Hi @Elena TEO  👋

I suggest you to try Time in Status for Jira Cloud  - tool to manage multiple projects, with dependencies, resources, risks, timeline, customizable to our own needs. Our add-on has a lot of possibilities for Jira reporting. We have 7 types of status time reports such as Time in StatusAssignee TimeAverage Time. All the reports you can display as PieBar or Area Charts.

Also you can get cycle and lead time to uncover bottlenecks and delays

And last, but not least - we have Sprint Performance Report
Sprint Performance Report where we have all the metrics for easy reporting.

Add-on has a 30-day free trial version and free up to 10 users.

Hope it helps 😌

Hi @Elena TEO,

For project monitoring & reporting, I would recommend having a look over our Great Gadgets app. This app offers many gadgets that allow you to build custom dashboards in Jira for tracking agile and non-agile projects, burndown/burup charts, velocity, SLA, Resolution Time, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Customer Satisfaction, Flow Distribution, Throughput, WIP and many other KPIs.

No photo description available.

Have a look over the articles from our blog to see how many things you can track with this app. It could be a great asset for your team.

For Service Desk project, have a look over this one: An effective dashboard for Service Desk and Customer Support teams in Jira Service Management.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at support@stonikbyte.com
