Hi everyone
Need advice here , getting started with On-call features.
At first, giving it at try for specific Request that should be synced with team, and auto assign
I'm trying to reproduce our usual calendar here...but quite uncertain about the best way to do it...
Multiple rotation seems the "logical" way to do...but..sure there is people here with more experience ;-)
Mostly there is no change between to Week except for Monday.
But it's not strictly a rotation...
Understanding how to do this would defintely help for future need , creating sync is only the first step ;-)
Hi @Steeve P_
You could start iwth the documentaiotn on on-call schedules.

Hi Marc,
I did my Homework, Of course.
But seems the way planning is is not "usual" or common and so didn't really found answer in the doc.
But still thanks for your reply :-)

You have a couple of options here, one being to use Smart Assignment & Rotations app that you can find in the Marketplace. Your other option would be to use an automation, but that can be hard to maintain if the rotations changes week to week. The alternative is to create an automation that relies on the Operations on-call schedule, the drawback with this is that if you have more than one person on-call at the same time you have to use a third-party app since Automations currently does not support that. Have a look at this article that I wrote about the solution I created, this was before SARJ was available in the Marketplace.

Hi Mikael
Thanks for your answer ,
Hoped it would be "easier" than having to rely on automation or an app.
That's sad...technically, on call seem able to do everything I need...
Except...got an hard time to put my planning inside.
So far It may only concern 3 things , "Main Support" "Backup Support" "System Control"
Those are 3 person.
But as you saw on the screenshot...It's not as simple as just "Each take a turn"
I'll take a look at the app as well...but affraid to loose interest as soon as we would go further and have the need of Alert etc...
