How to manage ITL change management in Atlassian?

@Cesar Suarez ITIL change management just calls for a process that documents the process change.  I would suggest creating a Jira Work Item that has a workflow to do this.  You Workflow might look something like this:

  • Request Received (To Do)
  • CCB Review (CCB)
    • Additional Information Needed / Evaluation (Evaluate)
  • Approved or Denied
    • If Denied it is Closed with reason it was denied
    • If Approved
      • Change is Scheduled (In Progress)
      • Change is Implements (Implemented)
      • Change is Validated and Documented (Resolved)
      • Change is Closed (Closed)

This will provide you with the documentation you need as you implement changes to improve your processes.
