How to make fields able to edit in admin portal

After receiving requests, I access them in admin perspective, some fields are able to edit but some are not. How to config fields to make it able to edit.

Hi @chaitawat_pun 

Make sure you split the screen scheme for your issue type(s) into 3 issue operation screens:

  1. Create issue screen (for customers/portal users)
  2. Edit issue screen (for agents)
  3. View issue screen (for agents)

You put the editable fields on all 3 screens and the non-editable fields only on the create and view issue screen.
