How to make a field "required" on a team-managed project? Especially for the "Forms" function

Hi, we've created a new Jira cloud project and there are some necessary fields that we want to include as mandatory, but the only "required" options that we've been able to use is either making a field mandatory on all company-managed projects, or through transition constraints.

Neither option works because we need this at creation since we're using the "form" function as an intake.

Does anyone know how to make a field mandatory on a team-managed project?

@patricio There is a feature request that is in progress currently for this feature https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-17631 if you are using Jira Software.  If you are truly using JSM just make the field required on the request form and then have internally raised issues use the raise the request feature so all issues are coming through the portal.

I am indeed using Jira Software, so I see that there is no way to do so as of now. Well, we'll have to manage, thanks!!
