Hi Community!
I am trying to create an automation showing in one notification email:
1. List of tickets which Warranty end date will finish in 45 day - I have created such an automation
2. List of all tickets which warranty end date already passed.
I want to include both lists in one email but so it would be clear where is which list - if possible.
I want also to include expiration date (and another field with a customer name) to be shown near each task in the list.
Would appreciate your help with figuring it out.
