Hello,

We are using JSM-Cloud with Assets.  Is there a way to link multiple Assets to one ticket?  Currently, when you create a new request or incident it will only allow you to pick one asset per ticket.

Perhaps using a group of assets?  How would that group need to be created in Asset if so?

It all depends on how your custom field is set up. Since you are mentioning Incidents, are you looking to add multiple services to Affected services? If so, that is currently not possible because that custom field is locked and only support a single object.

A workaround would be to create a new Assets object custom field and configure it to store multiple objects.
