How to integrate existing JIRA site with other products

Hello there,

We're exploring the possibility of utilizing Atlassian products in our company and I was wondering if there's an easy way to integrate our existing JIRA site/page, with Atlassian Service Desk? When I try the sign up/log in option, it tells me that our site is already in use and ideally I'd like to use the same page for all products, if possible. Unsure if I'm explaining myself but hopefully someone has a solution for us!

You can absolutely use the same site for Jira Work Management, Jira Software and Jira Service Management (the new name of Service Desk).

These are separate products that you can simply subscribe within the same site!

To get started, go to the cog icon in the top right, then "Billing". You can see your current subscriptions here.

Atlassian's Service Desk software is Jira!  To "integrate" it with another Jira, you can either use the same Jira, or create an application link from a different one to the existing one.  Ideally, use the same Jira system, all the data lives in a single system this way.

Welcome to the community.  If all of your products are under the same site, then you should be able to integrate them between each other.  JSM sits on top of Jira.  I agreed with two other community leaders comments.

Note:  Each product's licenses are different.

Welcome to the community! This is Majid @ Exalate. 

If you are looking to integrate different Jira projects within the same instance, you can either use Jira automation rules or an integration app. If, however, you are looking to sync your Jira projects with another Jira instance (or another tool), and integration app like Exalate would be the most efficient solution.
