The JSM Help Center currently displaying only 6 portals by default. But users want to configure it so that all portals are listed without the need to click "Browse all." The goal is to have all available portals visible to users immediately upon accessing the Help Center.

unfortunately you can't inject any javascript on a cloud instance. This is a know limitation but per my knowledge there no workaround using builtin features.
