How to import Service Desk Organization as dimension in eazyBI

Using eazyBI we don't find Organization (present in SERVICE DESK) dimension to create a report.

We selected Organization custom field during import phase ..but we can't find it

unfortunately that is correct. as I understand it this is because Organization is not a normal field but a property I think. weird and disappointing I know.
