We would like to import GCP assets to JSM Assets (Premium edition). How can we do that?

Use a CSV or JSON import option.
Or look at Asset Data Manager
Assets or JSM does't have ootb integrations.
You could also see for 3rd party solutions on the Atlassian Marketplace.
