I tried to use a status "archive" after done to hide this issues from Customer in the service desk. We have a lot of old Issues we wanna hide from Customer.
Is there any way except change the issuetype to hide any issues in the Service desk?
In cloud you can use issue level security to hide issues from the customer. In your workflow when you change the status to archive you can use a post function to set the issue security.
