Hello All.
I'm new to Jira SD and busy setting up projects for Incident, Request and Change Management in Next Gen.
We will not be using emails to generate requests so I wish to disable the Issue Type "Email request" so as not to confuse those raising them manually. Can you advise please how to do this please?

Thank you for your feedback regarding Email requests.
I tested on my local site and even disabling the incoming emails, the request type is still visible if a user clicks to create a ticket, so I'm afraid to say that currently, there is no option to remove this type of request.
Based on your request, I created a feature request suggesting to remove this specific request type from the create issue screen.
