How to grant permission for multiple roles to exceute the transition of a workflow

How to grant permission for multiple roles

• Curent Assignee
• Administrator  of the current project

to exceute the transition (Close-->Reopen) of a workflow.

I tried through conditions of the workflow individually can be applied but not combine

if i write 2 individual conditions one for Assignee and one for Administrator only first condition is getting triggered but not both.

Plz do the needful

I've tested it, and it works as expected. Can you confirm you've published the workflow change? Also, please share which version of Jira/JSM you're using.
