How to grant access to "simple agile" ?

Hi, 

My team would like to access "sample agile" to better manager their tickets.

Unfortunately, even if the "sample agile" appears in their project menu, when clicking on it,  a "License Error. Contact your administrator to license this plugin." message pops up.

I am the admin and have no idea how to proceed.

@Constance Tanguy, it appears that your question is associated with an addon app. Could you indicate which one? You mention “simple agile” and “sample agile” neither of which rings a bell to me but in glancing at the marketplace I do see a “Simple Agile” app. I suspect that the app is not active, maybe an expired trial or something. Can you go into Jira Settings > Apps > manage apps and find the app you are working with and assess its status? If all looks good you may wish to reach out to the author of the addon for help.
