How to give a user access to create custom field,screen,workflow.

How to give a user access  for creating custom field,screen, workflow., for a specific project.

e.g. if i have two projects 

Project1 and project2 and i want to give custom field screen, workflow creation rights to a user for project2 only so that he/she cannot change the project1 custom field ,screen,workflow etc.

Hi @Neeraj Kumar 

This isn't possible with Jira out of the box - as only site admins have those powers.

You could look to the Marketplace for add ons to accomplish this though.
