How to get the customer to sign off an inspection form with JIRA mobile App?

Hi, I am using JIRA Service Management for my company's field service. After the field engineer fixed the issue on-site, the engineer needs to issue an inspection checked items list and capture the customer's signature by using the JIRA Mobile App.

Any idea?
