I created a schedule with two rotations - Primary and Back-up. There are only two on-call responders for this schedule which alternates every other two weeks.
Currently, both primary and back-up on-call responders are getting two email alerts each (on-call rotation starts email alert and on-call rotation ends email alert) every other two weeks. This is confusing and causing alert fatigue.
Is there a way to get email alert just for the primary on-call rotation when it starts and ends?
We used to get one email alert before but Back-up rotation was added for the incoming call routing feature.
