Jql query for all the Isuuses
Issue Status != Resolved, Decllined, Closed

I need to extract all the Issues which are in my project , But im not good at jqlat the moment I need to extract Issues which is not equals to Resolved, Closed, Decllined I need ful query please
project in (projectA, ProjectB) and status not in (Resolved, Decllined, Closed)
