If you are wanting to simply move some issues, you can export to CSV and import into the other instance. Just create a filter to obtain the list of issues you wish to export and use the export to CSV feature. Then you can use the import on the other instance. You will likely want to clean up the CSV and remove unwanted fields (columns) but not required as you can simply not map unwanted columns. Note there are a lot of posts on this so you may wish to search the Community for more info/details.
