I have a simple dashboard with one Rich Filter being used, and I need to export it to a .xlsx file. I cannot find this option anywhere in the dashboard menus. Is there a simple fix or action I can take in JIRA to enable this feature?
Thank you!
Hi @reforres
I am assuming you are trying export work items displayed in a rich filter widget. At the bottom of the rich filter widget, look for the cloud icon pointing down. Once you click on it provides options to export work items into excel, csv or pdf file.
I vote for this as the easiest solution.
If you need a more visual export of complete Jira dashboards with Rich Filter gadgets on it, you can use our Better PDF Exporter app as well:

Hi @reforres!
Unfortunately, the built-in Jira gadgets usually don't support exporting to Excel.
If you need to export activity or work item changes in Excel format, you can use the Activities gadget in the Issue History for Jira app (SaaSJet).
It clearly shows who changed what and when. You can filter the data by project, date range, and fields. The data can be easily exported to Excel/CSV/PDF.

Hello @reforres
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Jira does not natively have a feature for exporting Dashboards to Excel.
You might find a solution with third party apps available from the Atlassian Marketplace. I am not aware of one that provides that specific feature, but that export is not a function I have needed so I have looked for a solution.
