I had some insight custom fields and worked very well but after upgrading plugin insight to asset in portal JSD I cant use asset custom field (don't show objects)

Thanks for ur answer. Yes i checked them and now i rolled back to last version.
Now i have another question i have a insight custom field that has an attribute "Owner" that is user in active directory and another attribute is "Name" that is product name of our customer. When reporter create an issue i want to populate the insight custom field based on reporter. How can i solve it ?
