How to enable Search Bar in Customer Portal

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-  

I'm unable to find search bar in Curtomer Portal JIRA Service Des (V3.3.0). 

How to enable the search bar in portal. 

Same JSD V 3.3.0 using in Testing environment...I'm able to find the search bar in portal. 

 

Not able to find in Production. 

able to find in Testing.
