How to edit this page?

I'm just lost trying to correct a typo on this page:

Where to I start?

You can modify in project settings-- > Request types

https://<baseURL>/jira/servicedesk/projects/<projectKEY>/settings/request-types/category/service-requests

Click on "Submit a support Request......."

Click again on the Header and you can edit it there. An sample is attached

So that looks like the heading for a Portal Group?  You can make adjustments by navigating to Project Settings->Portal Settings on the sidebar and selecting Portal Groups on the page.
