×I'm trying to display a custom field (e.g. "Responsable du Ticket") directly on the cards of my Kanban board in Jira Work Management.
I came across this official documentation (see attached screenshot), which explains that you can display up to three additional fields on cards by going to:
More actions (•••) > Configure cards > Add a field
However:
I don’t see the “Configure cards” option in my board settings.
I’m a project administrator.
The field is already used in tickets on the board.
Can it be enabled in Jira Work Management boards?
Thanks in advance for your help
Have a great day!
Hello @fstunnel_altlassian_fr
In Jira Work Management (Business projects), the boards work differently from Software project boards. The “Configure cards” option you mentioned is only available on Jira Software Kanban boards, which is why you don’t see it in your Business project.
You can check the fields available for Business boards by following @Benjamin Črnjak answer.
As a workaround, you can create a Kanban board based on a JQL filter targeting your Business project issues. However, the board’s location must be set to a Software project, not the Business project itself. This will give you access to the board settings (see screenshot) and allow you to display additional custom fields to your card.
Hope this helps!

within the project, navigate to the board where you want to do this change.
View settings > Customize cards (see the image below)
If this doesn't work for you, could you give us more details, about the project, is it really work management project, maybe a screenshot of the board and options you see.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Benjamin
