How to disable Jira service desk portal from portal page

Hello Team,
Could you please suggest me how to disable old customer portal. We have built new project and new portal for same team with additional features and fields , request types , etc. so we want to disable old portal, so users and customer will not confuse, but all users would like to browse old tickets in old portal.

Laxmi,

I think the easiest way to do this is just hide all the customer request types.

Then they will still be able to see the old issues, but can't create new ones.

  Thanks much for quick reply, yes, I  hide all requests types from portal. It worked as expected.
