I want to add more options to Jira SD customer portal when they go to "My requests"
Right now it only shows "You can Add a comment"

We are using JIRA Cloud and it's already in version 3.0
We would like to do the same. The idea is to add operations like "Escalate" or "Put on hold", etc.
