We are using JIRA Service Desk for internal management of faults etc.., but would like to add some extra links to the header of the JIRA Service Desk Customer Portal.
Has anyone had any luck doing this before?
Hi Benji, Thanks for your feedback, I understand that this ability is not possible as a out of the box functionality, but there must be away to develop custom HTML and JAVA to be able to edit this in the backend somewhere?
