How to create intent for AI Agents?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

How can we create or edit intents for the service agents in JSM? In Space settings, I only see "AI agents" instead of "Virtual Service Agent." When I select AI agents, it looks like they must be created from scratch. I then received a message saying I do not have permission to do so. Please advise which permission is required to create an AI agent.

Welcome @Nichole Ch_ng 

Virtual service agents have been replaced with the Rovo agents. In terms of creating, anyone that is part of your organization is able to create the agents, hence, editing them requires you to be an org admin or the agent creator. And yes, when you are adding an AI agent, JSM based on the name of the space and all of the content creates the Rovo agent ready to use. 

AI Agents feature can only be activated by your organization administrators.

This JSM Support documentation page also states that you need a Service Collection Premium or Enterprise Plan along with @Nikola Perisic's answer and you must be a space admin.
