Ich möchte eigene Filter erstellen, um z.B. nach Reklamationen und Sparte zu filtern und habe nicht herausgefunden, wie das geht. Auch mit der Suchfunktion komme ich nicht wirklich zurecht.

To save the filters you need, after you go to Issues and filters > Search issues and filter the necessary tickets, you need to click on "Save as" on the top and add a name to this filter that will be visible for you on the sidebar.
After you save the filter, you can edit the permissions if you want to share it with your colleagues, but as default, after you save, it will be private.
If that's not the case, please, let us know more details of where you need to save the filter.
