How to create a project with pre-existing shared config

Hi, I am trying to create a project from an existing project. However, when I click on Choose Project - there is nothing in the drop down. What am I missing?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Thank you for the screenshot. I can see that you are creating a Classic Service Desk project and to share the settings with other projects, the other projects must also be Classic.

Since on Jira Cloud it's possible to create Classic and Next-gen, maybe all the other projects are next-gen, that's why it's not showing on the list.
