How to create a jira service desk ticket along with attachment in one API call

Hi Folks

I know we have separate calls for creating an issue and attach a file in two different calls for service desk 4.5.0

Is there a way to perform two actions in one call? if so what call should be used?

If there is no such thing, then please advise how to get it done by two calls.
