How to create a custom domain

Hi Everyone

I would like to know. how I can create a custom domain for my jira service desk 

I have been trying for a while but I can't remove the  atlassian.net from my domain 

all that I have it's something like  https://mysite.atlassian.net

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

As Nic mentioned, for Jira Cloud, there are no options to add a custom domain. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Allow custom domains for Cloud apps

Please, click on vote and watch to receive future updates and check the latest updates on the Description.

If you want to change only the URL of the customer portal, a workaround would be to use 301 redirects.
