How to copy Form from task when creating subtask with automation for Jira

Hi,

We use Automation for Jira to create subtasks from the main task in Jira Service Desk. In the main task we use Proforma Form. How to create a rule to copy Form from main task when creating subtasks with automation for Jira in Jira Service Desk Project?

@Lenin Raj suggestion got me thinking of a new approach and it is almost working; however, AfJ is writing the forms as a string rather than JSON.

We won't be able to work around this until AUT-1696 is implement by AfJ.

Hi, thank you for your answer but I still do not see how the Form trim the main task can be copied in subtasks

Sorry for the delayed response. We have an example in our documentation of how to do this with ScriptRunner. Hope this helps.
